This has got to be the handiest online tool I found today. It is a
Gasoline Calculator. It will tell you how much you can save per year by switching to a more energy efficient car. The results might surprise you. I did not get the result that I had anticipated. I thought that I would save thousands of dollars a year and it turned out that I would only save about $406 per year if I bought a car that got 10 miles more per gallon than the one I have right now.
